Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote customer service representative, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional support to our valued customers from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities Owning the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the perfect travel documentation. Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some luggage weighing up to 70 pounds. Operating loading bridges. Opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors. Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport. Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight.
