The Role: Customer Services and Data Entry Specialist As a Customer Services and Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in our organization, working remotely to collect, analyze, and input data into our online systems and social media platforms. This part-time/full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission, utilizing your exceptional customer service skills and data expertise to drive success. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry and Management: Perform data entry and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This includes managing and updating our customer relationship management (CRM) system, as well as other databases and spreadsheets. Data Collection: Collect and input data from various sources, including online platforms, databases, surveys, and documents. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data, as well as identifying and resolving any data discrepancies. Data Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and availability of all data, adhering to our data protection policies. This includes following best practices for data security, such as encrypting sensitive data and using secure passwords.
