With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we're committed to building long-term relationships with our clients and helping them achieve their goals. **Job Brief** As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients' success and satisfaction with our web platform. You'll be the primary point of contact for new signups, working closely with them to address their needs, resolve issues, and provide personalized support. Your expertise will help our clients get the most out of their website and overall experience with arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Take new clients under your wing immediately after they've signed up, providing a seamless onboarding experience * Conduct periodic check-ups to ensure clients are satisfied with their experience and to inform them of existing and new features that may benefit them * Deliver 1 on 1 product demonstrations and live support to help clients maximize their website's potential and overall experience with arenaflex * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and support, to ensure a cohesive and exceptional customer experience * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our web platform, its features, and its applications in the real estate industry * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our customer success strategies **Individual Requirements and Skills** * Fluent written and spoken English * Minimum 1+ year work experience as a Customer Success representative or similar role (i.e., hospitality or support role) * Minimum 1+ year experience working with WordPress or a similar CMS platform (arenaflex's custom CMS is built on top of WordPress) * Minimum 1+ year 1 on 1 virtual support and/or consulting experience (arenaflex uses Google Hangouts) * Ticket support experience (arenaflex uses Intercom) * Phone support experience (arenaflex uses Kixie) * Experience with project management platforms (arenaflex uses Teamwork, ClickUp, and Asana) * Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience * Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships * Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service * Accountability and personal organization are essential (this is a remote position) **Bonus Skills** * Real estate industry experience * Experience with customer success platforms and tools (e.g., Gainsight, Medallia) * Familiarity with arenaflex's web platform and its features * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with data analysis and reporting **Working Hours** We'll expect roughly 8 hours per day, between PST and EST U.S. time zones.
