You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a seamless customer experience. You will also be responsible for analyzing complex client issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, and providing training and guidance to new hires. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and video conferencing * Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a seamless customer experience * Analyze complex client issues, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, and provide training and guidance to new hires * Perform routine tasks, such as responding to requests, resolving issues, and providing top-tier customer service while complying with company policies, procedures, and guidelines * Consistently seek guidance from management, ask questions, and refer complex issues to staff * Conduct analysis to determine moderately complex client issues, including consulting with other departments for issue resolution * Collaborate with experienced agents on complex issues * Be responsible for training new hires and less experienced staff * Answer client requests and issues **Required Capabilities** * 6+ years of experience in evaluating and addressing client needs or resolving client issues, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education * Ability to provide excellent customer service while listening, eliciting information effectively, understanding, and resolving complex client issues * Ability to communicate with respect and a high level of professionalism with all levels of clients, colleagues, and management * Basic Microsoft Office skills * Ability to navigate different computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information * Experience delivering results in a high-speed, deadline-driven environment * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * Great attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to learn business processes and cycles quickly **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry * Knowledge of financial products and services * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **We Value Diversity** At blithequark, we believe in diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
