Our Intelligent Tech Exceptional Ventures group is revolutionizing the way we create new sales enablement experiences for staff at arenaflex affiliates worldwide, across thousands of retail locations. We're seeking a driven and visionary individual to join our team in creating and delivering a pivotal new device for both customers and sales staff to elevate the sales experience. This role requires the ability to adapt from program methodology to development, to operations, to experience design, to geo status, and more. The successful candidate will be high-energy, proactive, passionate about customer experience, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver a cutting-edge new sales enablement program * Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to enhance customer experience and drive sales * Work closely with program leaders to map out the customer journey and identify key performance indicators * Orchestrate content from various sources, including internal teams and external partners * Foster a style guide, maintain a library of all arenaflex content, and analyze performance metrics to inform content refreshes * Participate in rapid prototyping and testing to ensure seamless customer experiences * Collaborate with IT and Product Management teams to implement solutions that drive sales, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency **Essential Qualifications:** * 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and local partners, with a strong understanding of geo-specific markets * Deep expertise in customer experience optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales * Comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex products, features, benefits, and applications * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform complex customer experience data into actionable content strategies * Experience with customer service platforms, including Adobe Experience Director (a plus) * Adaptability, ability to navigate uncertainty, and a strong willingness to collaborate in a matrixed environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Highest level of integrity, values, ethics, and trustworthiness **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Strong understanding of sales enablement strategies and tactics * Experience with content management systems and digital asset management tools * Certification in customer experience, sales enablement, or a related field **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
