Your primary responsibility will be to assist our customers through live chat, providing timely and accurate information to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat * Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively * Provide information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and policies * Assist with frequent flyer account inquiries, including points redemption and status updates * Document all customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference * Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor * Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent * Exceptional written communication skills * Strong problem-solving abilities * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively * High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems * Customer service experience is a plus but not required **Essential Qualifications** * A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
