As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with travel agency accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will be the face of blithequark, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with assigned travel agency accounts to promote and sell blithequark products and services. * Identifying, prospecting, evaluating, and initiating new travel agency business opportunities to support business objectives. * Conducting sales calls with key account contacts to deliver product and service updates, sales-related opportunities, and review account performance. * Proposing and executing partnership arrangements, ensuring mutual benefit and profit for blithequark and partner agencies. * Developing and executing strategic business development plans, including marketing and co-op advertising plans for key accounts. * Managing time and territory effectively to maximize sales productivity. * Evaluating clients' business needs, assessing performance, and initiating strategic proposals for growth and development. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Two years of experience in travel industry sales or a related field. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree from a four-year college or university preferred. * Must be at least 18 years old and have authorization to work in the US. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Four-year degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent work experience). * Knowledge of blithequark programs, policies, procedures, and reservation systems. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define problems, gather data, and reach sound conclusions. * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders. **What We Offer** At blithequark, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
