You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop data-driven insights, and create actionable recommendations. Your expertise will be essential in helping us make data-driven decisions, optimize business processes, and drive innovation. **Key Responsibilities** * **Statistics and Data Quality**: Develop a deep understanding of business data requirements, database technology, and data quality. Identify and analyze data sources, develop data quality metrics, and implement data validation processes. * **Code Development and Testing**: Design, develop, and test code using programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, and others. Implement testing techniques, including static, dynamic, and software composition analysis. * **Version Evaluation and Validation**: Develop and implement version evaluation metrics, including Chi-squared, ROC curve, and root mean square error. Apply quality exercise strategies for model testing and tuning to assess accuracy, fit, validity, and robustness. * **Information Visualization**: Design and develop data visualizations using multiple data visualization tools, including Python, R libraries, GGplot, Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau, and Power BI. Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders using effective data visualization frameworks. * **Business Context and Understanding**: Develop a deep understanding of industry and environmental factors, business practices, and common business vernacular. Provide recommendations to business stakeholders to resolve complex business problems and develop business cases for projects. * **Technical Problem-Solving**: Translate business problems into data-driven solutions using analytics and machine learning techniques. Identify and apply relevant business insights to drive business growth and improvement. * **Analytical Modeling**: Develop and implement analytical models using advanced statistical techniques, including graphical models, Bayesian inference, and neural networks. Conduct exploratory data analysis, define and finalize model responses, and introduce new or revised functions to enhance analysis and results. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and 3 years' experience in an analytics-related field. * Master's degree in Data Science, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and 1 year's experience in an analytics-related field. * 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field. **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, or related field. * Successful completion of one or more certifications in Python, Spark, Scala, or R, using open-source frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. * Experience with data science tools and technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based platforms. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders. * Proficiency in programming languages, including Python, Java, C++, and others. * Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and others. * Strong understanding of business data requirements, database technology, and data quality. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
