**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Analytics**

You'll be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about business intelligence and analytics. **Key Responsibilities** * Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to arenaflex's internal groups and functional partners * Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization * Support internal business work processes, including administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning * Work with different data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and emergency response * Archive work processes connected with key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes * Work with Data Engineers and system architects to support documentation and executions of data set plans * Construct vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand * Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and making compelling storytelling for executive audiences * Support Planning and Conveyance Activities with impromptu demands from our partners **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields * Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, or Software Engineering * Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet * Understanding of social data set plan and capability * Strong math and analytical skills * You are an exhibited self-starter and you give solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying, and excellent direction * Successful collaboration and time management abilities * You carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a step back and grasp the master plan * You have astounding written and oral communication skills * A showed capacity to work with design delivery groups to examine technical ideas * Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, or Software Engineering * Experience working with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases * Strong experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques * Strong experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
