About the Role We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence and Data Science team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving customer experience, and enhancing operational efficiency through data-driven insights and recommendations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and business acumen. Key Responsibilities Execute solutions for business issues using data analysis, data mining, streamlining tools, statistical modeling, and AI methods Continuously develop and showcase improved analysis strategies Have the ability to extract insights from large volumes of data and clearly communicate important triggers and recommendations Determine a business issue and the available data and identify what analysis and modeling procedures can be applied to answer a business question This position is subject to local conditions and requirements. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or MBA At least 2+ years of experience in data analysis/AI Proven comfort and academic interest in working with extremely large datasets, and proficiency in predictive modeling Strong knowledge of either R or Python Ability to control and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from various sources to identify patterns and relationships Understanding of how and when to apply predictive and AI procedures like logistic regression, random forests, GBM, Brain Nets, SVM, etc. Ability to use data set querying tools and be able to write complex queries and techniques using Teradata SQL or potentially Microsoft TSQL Hands-on experience in using Large Data environments (Hadoop/Flume), API Gateways, and non-structured data will be an added advantage Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis and calculations in a clear, accurate, and compelling way Strong written and verbal English communication skills Around 4 months and a half of travel to US in a year Should be legally authorized to work in India for any business without sponsorship Fruitful completion of interview expected to meet work capability Dependable, reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of the position Should be conversant in English and Hindi (written and spoken) Fruitful completion of interview expected to meet work capability Dependable, reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of the position Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree in a quantitative field like Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or MBA Work Environment and Culture At United Airlines, we pride ourselves on creating a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
