You'll work closely with our e-commerce and digital product teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations for improvement. Your expertise will help us optimize our digital products, improve customer experience, and increase revenue. Key Responsibilities * Analyze data from various sources, including Google Analytics, GA4, and other reporting tools * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations * Work with product teams to design and implement data-driven solutions * Develop and maintain data models, including data architecture and mapping * Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular data acquisition, processing, cleaning, and auditing * Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field * 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce and digital analytics, with a proven track record of delivering value through data-driven insights * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Google Analytics certifications a plus * Previous experience in the travel industry a plus Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Google Tag Manager and other reporting and analytics tools * Strong understanding of data modeling and architecture * Experience with Azure Dev Ops a plus * Knowledge of coding and design principles a plus What We Offer * Competitive salary and benefits package * Flexible work schedules and remote work options * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for e-commerce and digital analytics, we want to hear from you!
