Find your place in risk and analytics on #Teamarenaflex. **Enterprise Data Strategy at arenaflex** The Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) Organization at arenaflex enables business growth by reducing credit and fraud risk and maintaining our clients' trust in the safety of our digital products. We use a range of tools and ever-evolving technologies to identify and combat risk, minimize disruption to legitimate spending, and deliver a world-class customer experience. The Digital Risk Products & Data Strategy (RPDS) team within CFR is the backbone of all risk decisions and helps build the digital products for risk management across the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, credit underwriting, authorizations, and collections globally. The Enterprise Data Strategy team is a critical part of the Digital Risk Product and Data methodology team and is responsible for strategizing across prospecting, acquisition, underwriting, and customer management to drive innovation in credit and fraud risk techniques and decisioning models. Identifying data use cases and incremental attributes for enhancing risk techniques and contributing to increased acquisition and customer engagement, which in turn leads to an increase in billings. As a member of the Enterprise Data Strategy Organization at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the business to bring innovation into CFR and position arenaflex at the forefront of the data economy. **What Kind of Work Can You Expect to Do as a Part of the Enterprise Data Strategy Organization at arenaflex?** * Support the development of revolutionary and impactful techniques through our strategic partnerships to drive business growth and credit and fraud risk control excellence * Support the Enterprise Data Strategy across the customer lifecycle through data-driven and risk-based total principles * Analyze present and new data to identify opportunities to optimize our data solutions and purchases and address business needs * Review and display data quality, integrity, and freshness * Analyze present data to develop metrics with the aim of providing robust controls and insights * Collaborate with new data and existing partners to identify new data opportunities and enhance present data change processes * Closely partner with colleagues across CFR Data Strategy, Product Owners, Compliance, CFR Risk Strategy, CFR Fraud Strategy, and Decisions Science * Support the team with third-party relationships management and adherence to arenaflex's Third-Party Lifecycle Management program * Have consultative skills capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment The selected candidates will be assigned to various roles and levels based on fitment, business needs, and candidate's desire and experience. **What Skills and Experience Are We Looking For?** * Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrixed organization to deliver solutions at high speed * Ability to manage and lead large-scale projects with multiple functional partners * Good communication and influencing skills with the ability to translate data and analytics into business insights and recommendations, conceptualize and promote ideas * Strong technical skills to perform data analysis, analytics, and matrices tracking/reporting * Knowledge of Python, SQL, Spark, SAS, and familiarity with big data and cloud environments * Experience in an economic services company in data or process function * Knowledge of Credit Risk and/or Fraud Risk standards, practices, or external Credit or Fraud Risk data sources preferred * Master's Degree or higher required, focus in a quantitative discipline preferred * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fluid environment **Benefits** We support our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that promote their holistic well-being.
