As a Senior Analyst in our Financial Planning Systems team, you'll play a critical role in supporting and developing financial systems applications, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Maintaining and enhancing the Hyperion planning application, ensuring accurate and timely financial data * Reviewing and approving data from Hyperion Financial Management and regulatory sources * Investigating and resolving issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions * Providing technical support and guidance to clients on system issues, reports, forms, and models * Assisting with the preparation of detailed scenarios and analytical results on complex financial issues and industry trends * Facilitating and completing monthly headcount processes using Hyperion * Refreshing Hyperion Planning with order changes and coordinating system changes with regulators and GL teams All You'll Need for Success To excel in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or a related field * 2 years of experience in a financial role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis * A strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and complex database structures * Familiarity with Hyperion and development/implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, and Planning) * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Favored Qualifications While not required, experience with the following would be a plus: * Hyperion development and implementation experience * Experience with Essbase, Planning, and Intelligent Disclosure * Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques * Experience with cloud-based financial systems and applications What You'll Get As a valued member of the blithequark team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * Competitive hourly rate of $25/hour * Flexible part-time schedule with opportunities for remote work * Comprehensive health insurance, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage * 401(k) program with employer matching contributions * Access to virtual wellness programs, including fitness classes and mental health resources * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and certification programs * Collaborative and inclusive work environment with a diverse team of professionals Join the blithequark Family and Take the First Step Towards a Rewarding Career If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and technology, we want to hear from you!
