About the Role As a Customer Service Chat Senior Representative at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our Chat team, which is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences and setting the standard for quality care. You will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance to our customers and healthcare providers, helping them navigate our products and services, and resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Provide expert support and guidance to customers and healthcare providers on various topics, including prior authorization status, claims issues, and benefit coverage related to medical and dental procedures. Utilize our Chat platform to support multiple customers simultaneously, demonstrating attention to detail and technological savvy. Deliver seamless customer experiences, supporting multiple lines of business and providing robust customer support for complex inquiries. Take ownership of customer inquiries and issues, resolving them promptly and efficiently to ensure a positive experience. Advocate for customers' health and wellness, educating them on disease management programs and recommending healthy living programs tailored to their needs. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical knowledge, customer service skills, and personal qualities that enable you to deliver exceptional results. The following qualifications and requirements are essential: Minimum of 1-2 years of call center experience, preferably in a healthcare or customer service environment. Thorough technical knowledge of medical terminology, including familiarity with products such as Medical (Proclaim, Facets, PMHS), Dental (DPPO and DHMO), Pharmacy (OneRx), and iCSA (website support/navigation/password resets). Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, human connection/empathy, researching, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Demonstrated oral, written, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills. Prior experience with time management, excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and customer-centric approach. Technical Requirements for Remote Work To ensure a smooth and efficient remote work experience, you will need to have a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload, obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider.
