This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with senior leaders to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and present actionable insights that inform business decisions. **Responsibilities** * Develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth and employee development * Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and present actionable insights that inform business decisions * Work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement data-driven strategies * Develop and maintain advanced data analytics tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, and data visualization software * Support escalated and complex data troubleshooting for business customers * Gather and interpret requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings * Partner with senior leaders to gain insights and measurements to convert business needs into actionable data presentation requirements * Identify strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems * Understand and estimate the effort and cost of a solution * Work with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve issues and share expertise of tools and techniques * May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Ability to apply advanced tools and techniques to quickly understand and accurately define complex problems to systematically examine and weigh options to advocate solutions * Ability to work under stressful conditions and manage time effectively * Ability to prioritize tasks to meet departmental targets and goals * Be a self-starter and able to work with a minimal amount of supervision to perform assignments and projects * Understanding of Company policies (e.g.: Appearance and Attendance) and expectations of SWA Culture * Ability to work effectively independently or in a strong customer service and/or team environment * Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as required * Ability to work under tight time constraints and at times, in stressful conditions * Ability to design and conduct analyses, as well as synthesize recommendations * Ability to develop, present, and effectively communicate techniques and ideas to various audiences **Education** * Required: High School Diploma or GED **Experience** * Advanced level experience, fully functioning extensive expertise in: + Acquiring data using various tools including: SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets. + Visualization and presentation experience * Preferred: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic) * Preferred: Working experience in Air Operations training and Advance Qualification Program (AQP) **Work Environment and Culture** blithequark is a dynamic organization that values creativity, diversity, and inclusion.
