**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Music Industry Insights and Analytics**

We are committed to innovation, creativity, and excellence in everything we do. **Job Summary** As a Data Analyst in our Music Industry Insights and Analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large-scale data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions, design and implement data solutions, and communicate findings through data-driven stories and insights. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive data-driven approaches to tackle complex business problems through data creation, analysis, and statistical modeling * Foster new features incorporating data across internal and external data sources * Assemble and apply division, regression, and clustering models to determine insights * Contribute to key initiatives and new business opportunities by creating insightful models and frameworks to understand potential, performance drivers, and impact of environmental factors * Support data-informed business processes by applying data mining, quantitative analysis, and data visualization to surface and highlight key topics, addressing business questions across various business areas * Extract and develop data for analysis. Secure, organize, scrub, and control intricate, large-scale data from various original sources using tools such as PySpark and advanced SQL to interact with the data * Apply supervised or unsupervised learning methods, such as direct and calculated regression, decision trees, or k-means clustering to determine, validate, and measure findings from the data * Be the partner for cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and understand performance, diving into data to drive significant and impactful insights * Contribute to organizational needs through continuous reporting and analysis to inform business, product, marketing, and sales decisions * Lead content performance and audience analysis for product releases. Create and track key metrics to measure success * Perform statistical analysis, such as KPI deep dives, behavior clustering, customer journey analysis. Develop logical pipelines for automated, adaptable, repeatable, and integrated analysis involving current large data models in data ecosystems, such as Databricks, Snowflake, Google BigQuery * Collaborate with Design and Product teams to execute on data projects * Contribute to product discovery, planning, building, and QA process. Work together on the data models, dataset construction/table, ETL/ELT data pipelines, and validation boundaries * Lead and mentor a colleague, defining boundaries to boost influence in the organization **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in data analysis * 3+ years of management experience * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related quantitative field * Experience creating statistical models and analyses in an industry setting for business use cases. Applied knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning procedures * Skill controlling large-scale, transactional data sets and deciphering data patterns from multiple dissimilar data sources * Strong hands-on experience creating modern statistical models using pre-processing tools (Python/R) * Mastery in advanced SQL, large-scale data, and mathematical computation languages (PySpark) * Experience data mining in distributed systems (Databricks) * Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau/Looker) * Experience creating logical programming that scales analyses * Experience working with media performance data * Experience working with data in media industries * Strong experience documenting data requirements, rules, and assumptions * Experience communicating statistical ideas to diverse audiences * Passion for building clear, concise, and meaningful metrics * Demonstrated history of using data to convey business value and presenting data-driven insights to business audiences * Experience influencing and collaborating with partners across the organization * Strong time management skills with ability to work in a high-speed environment across multiple priorities * Strong integrity without neglecting to focus on broader objectives * History of working independently, exhibiting creativity, and delivering results * Distinct interest in music and the music industry * Strong experience with music streaming features (Spotify, Apple, Amazon Music, YouTube), social media platforms (TikTok, FB/Instagram), and emerging technologies (digital assistants/voice) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience leading data-driven projects across a wide cross-functional landscape * Experience assembling, managing, and persuading teams in core support capabilities * Graduate degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related quantitative field **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
