As a Senior Statistics Architect at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method. Our company culture is built on the principles of collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. **The Role** As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting in the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. This will involve working closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the agile team in technology to design, develop, and implement new solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs * Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions * Develop and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels * Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Experience working with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups * Familiarity with the Agile methodologies of delivery in which small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with large data ecosystems and developing solutions that meet the evolving needs of business * Strong understanding of data processing and standardized metric definitions * Experience with big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and develop innovative solutions to complex problems * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **What We Offer** * Competitive base salaries and bonus incentives * Assistance for economic-well-being and retirement * Flexible work model with hybrid, onsite, or digital preparations depending on position and business need * Generous paid parental leave policies (depending on location) * Unrestricted access to international on-site online well-being facilities staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location) * Free and confidential counseling aid through our Wholesome Minds application * Career development and education opportunities **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
