As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you'll play a vital role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) methodology. **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a leading organization that values the voice of its customers above all else. With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider sectors, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer satisfaction surveys, which include 40 studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. **Join the arenaflex Crew** As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to transform and innovate our VOC methodology. Your contributions will be recognized, valued, and rewarded, and you'll have the opportunity to share in the business's achievements. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs * Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performance statistical processing and standardized metric definitions * Develop and deliver innovative solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to ensure high-quality and accurate data through intensive testing at various and use case levels * Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3 years * Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at daily intervals to business groups * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and services * Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools * Certification in data science or related field **Benefits and Perks** * Competitive base salaries and bonus incentives * Support for economic-well-being and retirement * Flexible work model with hybrid, onsite, or digital preparations depending on position and business needs * Generous paid parental leave policies (depending on location) * Free access to international on-site online wellness facilities staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location) * Free and confidential counseling aid through our Wholesome Minds application * Career development and education opportunities **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we prioritize our colleagues' and their loved ones' holistic well-being.
