We are a collaborative and dynamic team, with a passion for learning and a commitment to excellence. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced full stack data engineer to join our Data Engineering team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our cloud-based data pipelines. As a data engineer at blithequark, you will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop data solutions that meet those needs. You will be responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes, as well as developing and maintaining data quality and data governance processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop data solutions that meet those needs * Develop and maintain data quality and data governance processes * Work closely with our Data Science team to develop and maintain data models and data visualizations * Develop and maintain automated workflows and data pipelines using tools such as Apache Beam, Apache Spark, and AWS Glue * Collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure the scalability and reliability of our data infrastructure * Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for data engineers and data scientists * Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data engineering **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field * 2+ years of experience in ELT/ETL data pipeline development and support * Strong experience with Python and SQL (ideally with Snowflake) * Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud * Experience with containerization using Docker * Experience with source control using GitLab or GitHub * Strong understanding of data governance and data quality processes **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Experience with machine learning and data science tools, such as scikit-learn or TensorFlow * Experience with cloud-based data warehousing and data lake solutions, such as Snowflake or Databricks * Experience with data governance and data quality tools, such as Informatica or Talend **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced data engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding role, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to [insert contact information].
