Job Summary We're looking for a talented Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team and help us build and manage a scalable data lake that enables seamless data integration, processing, and analysis. As a key member of our data engineering team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data pipelines that drive business insights and inform strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable data pipelines that integrate with multiple cloud regions and data sources. Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and product managers to understand requirements and develop data solutions that meet business needs. Architect and implement data processing systems that ensure data quality, security, and compliance. Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Work with cloud-based technologies such as AWS and GCP to design and deploy data pipelines that are scalable, secure, and efficient. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data engineering practices remain cutting-edge. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality data solutions. Contribute to the development of data engineering best practices and standards within the organization. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on cloud computing, data processing, and data integration. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Scala) and SQL. Experience with data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as AWS and GCP, including services like S3, DynamoDB, and CloudFormation. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and governance principles. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence tools like Amazon Redshift and Amazon QuickSight. Experience with data governance and metadata management tools like Apache Atlas and AWS Glue. Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
