Our Data Science & Analytics team plays a critical role in achieving this goal by harnessing the power of data to inform business decisions, optimize customer service, and drive product innovation. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Engineer – Customer Service, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reliable, scalable data pipelines that transform raw data into actionable business insights. You will collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and business leaders to develop custom visualization tools that surface critical customer service metrics and drive data-driven decision-making.
