As a Data Engineer at blithequark, you will play a critical role in designing and building large-scale data pipelines that support our AI models and drive business growth. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our team and help us tackle one of the world's most complex technical challenges in data engineering. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building large-scale data pipelines that ingest data from various sources, process and transform it, and deliver it to our AI models and business stakeholders. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design and implement data solutions, and ensure high-quality data delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and build large-scale data pipelines using AWS and Amazon's internal tools to ingest data from various sources, process and transform it, and deliver it to our AI models and business stakeholders. * Develop and maintain business logic for data transformation and ingestion pipelines using S3, Redshift, and EMR. * Design and implement data warehousing and ETL pipelines using AWS services such as Redshift, S3, and EMR. * Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, and product managers to understand business requirements and design data solutions that meet those needs. * Work with our development team to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines with our application stack. * Develop and maintain high-quality data documentation and metadata to ensure data governance and compliance. **A Day in the Life** As a Data Engineer at blithequark, you will be working on a wide range of projects that involve designing and building large-scale data pipelines, developing data warehousing and ETL solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
