Our team of talented individuals is dedicated to making the impossible possible, and we're excited to have you join us on this journey. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models for our attractions. You'll work closely with our internal partners to create seamless and magical experiences for our visitors, using data analysis and machine learning to identify areas for improvement and innovation. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and be part of the Disney family. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to drive the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models for our attractions * Lead and work with cross-functional teams to execute and scale machine learning solutions that create magical experiences for our visitors * Drive innovation and experimentation, identifying areas where business challenges can be addressed through the application of machine learning * Manage the functional support and maintenance of machine learning-related products and services delivered by the team * Develop standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space * Productionize machine learning algorithms in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assess their performance on real-world datasets * Collaborate with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews **Required Capabilities and Abilities** * 2 years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more * 2 years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP * Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Article Arranged Programming Configuration Examples * Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets * 2 years of experience with Wind stream or another data workflow management tool * Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, relational skills, and determination to complete responsibilities * Strong systems integration engineering skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience with Docker * Experience with control frameworks * Experience with Kubernetes * Experience with cloud solutions in GCP or another cloud platform * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence * Experience with Agile development techniques * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development * Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau) * Experience with audio analysis * Experience with text analysis **Education** * Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar technical foundation * Preferred: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar technical foundation **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and technologies * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible remote work arrangement * Access to exclusive Disney events and experiences **How to Apply** If you're passionate about creating magical experiences and have the skills and expertise to match, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
