Your responsibilities will include: * Providing comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions * Performing routine medical procedures, such as vaccinations and injections, and providing patient education and guidance * Managing patient flow and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of medical history, diagnoses, treatments, and test results * Collaborating with our clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans, and to provide ongoing patient care and support * Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety **Required Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you must have: * A graduate degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current Public Board Accreditation and Territory of Business permit to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role * Or, in select states, an Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other healthcare-related graduate degree or equivalent experience along with Four-year education in science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current Public Board Accreditation and Province of Work permit to practice in the job * At least two years of clinically relevant experience or the same * Completion of the SPARK affirmation test within 30 days of employment * Ability to speak and write in multiple languages, including but not limited to Spanish (dependent on market) * Essential Life Support (BLS) accreditation, including but not limited to performing mouth-to-mouth and operating a Mechanical External Defibrillator (AED) * Ability to pass a FIT assessment and wear the provided respirator mask when required **Preferred Qualifications** If you have less than one year of work experience as a licensed provider, previous student precepting experience with blithequark is preferred, but not required. **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and education programs * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to our organization **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic healthcare environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
