As a Sr. Fraud Investigator, you will be part of our Corporate Extortion Prevention program, which aims to prevent, detect, and investigate cases of financial crimes. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sr. Fraud Investigator to join our team. As a Sr. Fraud Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting complex investigations, analyzing data, and identifying patterns of fraudulent activities. You will work closely with our global teams, including Corporate AP, Money, Legal, and Technical Support groups, to ensure that our financial activities are secure and compliant with regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct thorough investigations of suspected fraudulent activities, including reviewing digital evidence, analyzing data, and interviewing witnesses * Identify patterns and trends of fraudulent activities and develop strategies to prevent them * Collaborate with global teams to ensure that our financial activities are secure and compliant with regulatory requirements * Analyze complex data sets to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies * Develop and implement effective investigation plans to ensure that cases are resolved efficiently and effectively * Communicate complex findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders * Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure that our investigations are compliant and effective **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Criminology, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Law, or Policing * 6+ years of experience in fraud investigation or a related field * 5+ years of experience leading start-to-finish investigations * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify patterns * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams * Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools * Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices **Preferred Qualifications** * Professional certification (CPA, CIA, PMP, CFE) * Experience working in a high-paced environment with a high level of uncertainty * Direct management of remote or globally dispersed teams * Experience working in public accounting, internal audit, or external audit, with a focus on SOX compliance * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify patterns * Experience working with criminological data analysis, data visualization, or data mining techniques to identify patterns of fraudulent activities **Work Environment and Culture** As a Sr. Fraud Investigator at blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that is passionate about preventing financial crimes.
