If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you! **Job Responsibilities:** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Integrating business objectives into technical guides and advancing our broader frameworks methodology to stay ahead of changing business needs * Leading a technical team to deliver robust frameworks that create business value * Driving best practices across the team, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability for quality and practicality of expectations * Leading the team to identify opportunities and implement smart fixes * Collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive business outcomes and address technical challenges * Utilizing data to drive decision-making and business activity, communicating technical ideas to stakeholders, and influencing/leading cross-functional partners * Inspiring design teams to work together, building industry-leading engineering foundations, driving adoption, and delivering impact **Minimum Capabilities:** * 15 years of experience overseeing infrastructure foundation planning and delivery * 10 years of experience overseeing people, managers, and teams, as well as teaching and developing a team * 5 years of experience on scaled and high-touch support, overseeing cross-functional partners, and utilizing core skills **Preferred Capabilities:** * Experience in business engineering, frameworks planning, frameworks coordination, data design, and solutions delivery * Ability to use data to drive strategy and business activity, communicate technical ideas to stakeholders, and influence/lead cross-functional partners * Ability to inspire design teams to work together, build industry-leading engineering foundations, drive adoption, and deliver impact * Ability to tackle complex issues and scale across an organization and distributed team * Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills **About the Gig:** The Head of Emotionally Supportive Networks drives the team that provides frameworks to address the support needs of arenaflex clients, viewers, creators, and paid subscribers.
