As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining data requirements, scientific classification structures, and specific loyalty standards to support packaging plan streamlining and sustainability efforts across all arenaflex brands. If you have a passion for data management, packaging strategy, and making a real impact, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Build and maintain data requirements, scientific classification structures, and specific loyalty standards to support packaging plan streamlining and sustainability efforts across all arenaflex brands * Collaborate with key stakeholders, including purchasing, design, store operations, marketing, supply chain, and compliance program owners, to establish relevant data requirements and adaptable guidelines that reflect our commitment to safety, quality, cost-effectiveness, and performance * Develop and implement change cycles to ensure accurate packaging documentation management portfolios across multiple systems and partner groups * Create, develop, and execute innovative training and communication strategies on assets, for internal and external audiences, to drive extensive understanding of standards, details, and data precision best practices * Assess data requirements, standards, and specifics to advance safe, sound, and savvy solutions that align with industry standards, enhance good design practices, are consistent with risk resistance assumptions, and maintain a leadership position in the industry * Provide support and guidance to cross-functional teams and colleagues to ensure proper interpretation and enactment of packaging data requirements, standards, and specifics * Collaborate with suitable internal regulation and guideline informed authorities, identifying effects on current data requirements and standards, taking action to mitigate risks and identify opportunities for compliance * Work with cross-functional global partners to drive effective communication and roadshows around expressed objective advancement, compliance, and data precision best practice requirements and assumptions * Utilize data to identify trends or issues, in association with technology groups, to quantify the effectiveness of training delivered and communications sent * Investigate industry trends and review arenaflex's corresponding data and standards practices, share insights and recommendations with the appropriate audience for change and compliance * Provide leadership and direction to others, driving effectiveness and efficiency in the team in results * Maintain a positive team culture by exhibiting behaviors consistent with arenaflex's values of Inclusivity, Collaboration, and Drive; ensure ongoing, effective communications to the team, and support individualized growth by offering regular performance feedback, training, recognition, and assessment **Requirements** * 4-year degree or equivalent experience * 4+ years of experience creating and managing documentation and guidelines projects, ideally including packaging design and development * Ability to influence without authority, manage projects, work with teams, resolve conflict, build consensus, establish rapport, and collaborate successfully, both internally and externally, across all levels of an organization * Experience with documentation best practices, technical writing, and reporting * Skilled at creating and advising on satisfied, structured, and delivered compelling training stages, roadshows, and communications * Experience driving teams or projects, driving collaboration, strengthening, and cooperation * Strong decision-making, critical thinking, creative thinking, and analytical skills * Related knowledge with packaging or consumer products manufacturing * Strong relational and hierarchical skills * Adaptability and resilience;
