At arenaflex, our people are our greatest asset, and we're dedicated to providing a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering. **Job Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Managing and preserving the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet arenaflex's business needs * Supporting new development, configuration, and preservation of the platform * Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal teams on the segment-building and RT-CDP platform * Troubleshooting technical issues associated with the platform and implementing solutions * Collaborating with IT and other teams to align on technical needs and implementations * Staying up-to-date with new trends and best practices associated with Adobe Experience Platform * Conducting daily audits to ensure the optimal use of the platform * Leading training sessions to up-skill internal teams on the effective use of the platform * Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting agencies to coordinate product upgrades and workarounds **What You Need to Succeed** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 3+ years of experience in technical data control and marketing solution experience * Strong technical skills, particularly with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent * Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences * Strong analytical skills * Consistent prioritization of data protection and security * Embracing diverse perspectives, thinking, and styles * A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent * Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States **What Will Give You a Competitive Edge** While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: * Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field * Experience with Customer Data structures, including Adobe Experience Platform or similar structures like Salesforce C360 or Segment * Proven track record of efficiently handling and implementing complex business-stage structures * In-depth understanding of data governance and data control best practices * Prior experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital enterprise environment, preferably with a focus on customer experience optimization **Benefits and Perks to Help You Keep Climbing** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that will help you maintain your momentum.
