**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote Customer Service Representative**

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our customers and driving business success. **Job Summary:** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues and provide solutions. Your expertise in data entry, customer service, and communication will enable you to make a significant impact on our customers' experiences and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the Record Goal team by using knowledge of organization products, services, programs, and Record Goal systems to resolve customer inquiries and issues. * Apply information while communicating with delinquent customers to resolve account discrepancies and provide solutions. * Perform routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls using an auto dialer or direct dial system to determine the reason for misconduct. * Seek guidance from managers and raise questions and complex issues to Record Goal teams. * Collaborate with the Record Goal team on essential Record Goal-related information, as well as internal and external customers. **Required Capabilities:** * 3+ years of experience in Record Goal, customer contact, customer service, or sales climate experience, or comparable demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. * Ability to follow procedures, policies, and guidelines. * Ability to listen and elicit information while exercising autonomous judgment to successfully identify and resolve issues. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adjusting to different needs in a structured yet adaptable, flexible, and changing call center climate. * Ability to communicate with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of colleagues and management. * Ability to meet or exceed business objectives and targets, while cultivating a team climate. * Ability to work effectively in a structured yet adaptable, flexible, and changing call center climate. * Ability to work independently in a team climate and across all hierarchical levels, where adaptability, collaboration, and flexibility are essential. * Ability to navigate multiple computer screens while handling the telephone. * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and precision. * Call center customer service experience in the financial services industry. * Military experience in staff benefits management, handling military workforce requests or changes, wartime status tasks, HR, or military recruiting. * Military knowledge or research experience, including functional management, project management, mission development management, and financial management. * Experience working with military regulations and directives, enrolled assessments, official/authoritative reporting, and assisting in keeping military staff battle-ready and effective. **Preferred Capabilities:** * Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software. * Knowledge of financial services products and services. * Experience in a call center environment. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
