This residency program is academically affiliated with and financially supported by MCPHS College in Worcester, Massachusetts. **Key Responsibilities** As a community pharmacy resident at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to gain guidance and experience in the following areas: * **Clinical**: The clinical component will be completed in the following required extended rotations: community, specialty, mobile, and medication safety. You will rotate through different sites to achieve the objectives set out by the accreditation guidelines. * **Educational**: You will have various opportunities for teaching. You will be exposed to small group as well as larger educational talks and act as an assistant preceptor for the community pharmacy practice research laboratory. * **Functional/Managerial**: You will have the chance to develop your regulatory role as a pharmacist. You will spend time with the pharmacy director at both sites, as well as spend time with the Pharmacy Managers at arenaflex to grasp the details of pharmacy operations. * **Governance/Leadership**: You will have excellent opportunities to become involved in both State and National pharmacy associations.
