of medication, side effects, interactions, contraindications, patient data security, generics, more affordable medications, over-the-counter items, and refer to clinical suppliers when necessary to ensure medication is taken accurately, health needs are addressed, and satisfaction with service is met + Perform pharmacy tasks including compounding, drug treatment audits, check, and medication management + Survey, interpret, and precisely administer prescribed medications when required by responsibility + Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with guidelines, company policies, and standards + Help the pharmacy administrator with establishing strategies that promote the effective workflow of the pharmacy, including delegating tasks, planning activities, and requesting colleague ideas + Responsible for the opening and closing of the pharmacy and shift change responsibilities + Ensure the utilization of all components of the Honest intentions Apportioning strategy related to state and government controlled substance regulations while filling solutions * Individuals and Performance Management: + Help the Drug store Administrator with staff hiring and training + Develop the colleagues by establishing assumptions, screens, and perceives progress, and encourages a common vision * Preparing and Self-awareness: + Keep up-to-date information and required permitting/credentialing/confirmation as laid out by government and state guidelines to offer such clinical types of assistance + Keep up-to-date information and skills connected with pharmacy and healthcare by reading pharmacy-related journals, company publications, and communications + Acquire vital certifications, education credits, and training, including learning modules, as required by the Organization + Seek professional improvement by observing one’s performance, requests for valuable feedback, and use pharmacy chief and head supervisor as tutor and mentor + Interchange. **Essential Capabilities** * BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacy Degree from an authorized educational institution * Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region * Experience performing prescription filling exercises that show a strong understanding of pertinent state and government controlled substance regulations * Certified Immunizer or able to become an immunizer in at least 90 days of hire **Preferred Capabilities** * At least 2-year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and check, records, and legal compliance, pharmacy operations,
