Our company culture is built on the values of diversity, inclusion, and respect, and we're proud to be an equal opportunity employer. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Supporting clients and resolving moderate to complex requests or issues related to our financial products and services * Performing routine tasks such as responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a top-notch customer experience while complying with our policies, procedures, and guidelines * Consistently receiving guidance from management, escalating questions, and referring more complex issues to Senior Customer Service Representatives * Demonstrating empathy and compassion while assisting our clients in resolving their issues * Being available to help our clients on the phone for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls * Exploring various computer systems to research client needs and provide solutions, all while conveying information accurately and precisely **Preparation and Schedule** You will receive comprehensive in-class training, on-the-job training, and training to learn about blithequark's banking products, policies, and services. Our training program begins on September 18, 2023, and will last for 7 weeks. You are expected to attend the full duration of this paid training program. Your regular work schedule will be based on business needs and will include working at least one weekend day and several holidays. You may be eligible for a shift differential of 15% under the details of the shift differential policy. **Required Capabilities** * 2+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience through training, education, military service, or a combination of the above * Ability to provide excellent customer service while listening, gathering information, and resolving complex client issues * Ability to communicate with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of clients, colleagues, and management * Essential Microsoft Office skills * Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information * Experience working in a high-speed, deadline-driven environment * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to learn business processes and cycles quickly **Preferred Capabilities** * Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, gathering information, and resolving complex client issues * Ability to communicate with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of clients, colleagues, and management * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of calls * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and technologies **We Value Diversity** At blithequark, we believe in the importance of diversity, inclusion, and respect in the workplace.
