Job Description As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and managing information related to product listings, customer accounts, and sales transactions. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that all data is accurate and up to date, contributing to a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Accurate Data Entry: Enter and update product information in our database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Customer Order Processing: Process customer orders and ensure timely data entry of sales transactions. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all data entered and updated. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to verify and validate data accuracy. Audits and Quality Control: Conduct periodic audits of data entries to identify discrepancies and resolve issues. Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers via email and chat regarding data-related inquiries. Process Development: Assist in the development and implementation of data entry processes and procedures. Requirements: Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Experience: Proven experience in data entry or administrative support. Typing Skills: Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Familiarity with Blithequark’s Platform: Familiarity with Blithequark’s platform is a plus. Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to demonstrate proficiency in using various software applications and data entry tools.
