We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Details and Data Gathering team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. **Job Summary:** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of sports information on arenaflex's various platforms, including television broadcasts, digital media, and social channels. You'll work closely with our team to deliver precise, convenient, and intelligent sports data, transforming it into compelling storylines that engage our fans. If you have a passion for sports, data analysis, and storytelling, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sports information disseminated by arenaflex's Details and Data team * Work independently and in collaboration with the team to deliver precise detailed breakdowns, clock-and-score, and other measurements and data in real-time, powering a wide range of arenaflex products and productions * Create and maintain a working knowledge of arenaflex's role in fueling digital products and television productions * Conduct quality checks on your own work and that of others, maintaining a high level of attention to detail * Contribute to the development of new projects, tasks, and initiatives across the newsroom, supporting newsroom leaders who oversee full- and part-time staff * Anticipate potential issues, both short-term and long-term, and propose solutions, communicating effectively with colleagues on these matters * Play an active role in collaborating with colleagues to refine production processes * Participate actively in team and division meetings * Seek and respond to feedback on personal performance * Stay up-to-date on current office policies and procedures **Required Capabilities:** * Working knowledge of sports teams, players, and game rules * Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Ability to quickly learn production processes that generate or maintain sports data driving arenaflex's digital and television products * Capacity to achieve a high level of content accuracy in time-sensitive production environments * Ability to communicate confidently, both verbally and in writing, to production managers and colleagues about production issues and opportunities, often in the midst of a busy newsroom **Preferred Capabilities:** * 1+ years of experience in sports or data analysis, preferably in media * Knowledge of how sports data is used in media and research contexts * Familiarity with arenaflex products and productions * Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools * Experience leading or training a team * Ability to speak and write Spanish * Experience leveraging social media in a business or news environment **Required Education:** * High school diploma or equivalent **Preferred Education:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * Additional Details: (e.g., specific requirements, shifts, etc.) * Position involves working late shifts (only), weekends, and holidays **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
