We're responsible for manual measurement, strategy, and tactical decision-making across various groups and stages. Our team is critical to all operational areas at arenaflex, and we're looking for talented individuals who can help us uncover insights and turn them into actionable recommendations. **About the Role** As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll use your quantitative expertise to mentor junior analysts, dive into large datasets, and make manual decisions that drive business outcomes. You'll work on a wide range of exciting challenges, including: * Using quantitative evaluation and data presentation to understand what drives our business * Building full-cycle analytics experiments, reports, and dashboards using SQL, R, Python, or other scripting and statistical tools * Working with and mentoring junior analysts to use more advanced techniques and solve complex problems * Producing recommendations and using statistical strategies and hypothesis testing to validate findings * Providing insights to help business and product leaders understand market dynamics, customer behaviors, and long-term trends * Identifying and quantifying levers to help drive key metrics and make recommendations * Working backward from experience and sizing issues to ideating solutions * Reporting against our goals by identifying key metrics and building executive-facing dashboards to track progress * Collaborating with engineering to implement, document, validate, and deploy our logging **Why You'll Love Working at arenaflex** We're a company that values leadership, doership, learning, customer obsession, and teamwork.
