As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You'll work closely with our business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient software solutions using Java and Java-based technologies * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs * Work closely with business leaders to understand customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs * Develop and maintain large-scale, distributed systems that are highly available and scalable * Design and implement data storage solutions using relational and NoSQL databases * Develop and implement REST-based APIs and web services that are secure and scalable * Collaborate with other engineers to design and implement system architecture and infrastructure * Participate in code reviews and ensure that code is of high quality and meets arenaflex standards * Develop and maintain technical documentation and guides for other engineers * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and apply that knowledge to improve arenaflex products and services **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field * 2+ years of experience in designing and developing large-scale software systems using Java and Java-based technologies * Experience with Spring, REST, and other Java-based frameworks and technologies * Experience with database design and development, including relational and NoSQL databases * Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure * Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban * Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies * Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop and Spark * Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes * Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including Jenkins and Git * Experience with cloud-based security and compliance frameworks * Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban **Skills and Competencies** * Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and infrastructure * Strong understanding of database design and development * Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees and providing them with opportunities for growth and development.
