Founded in 1901 and headquartered in Deerfield, Illinois, arenaflex operates a massive network of retail drugstores, offering a wide range of products, including prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, health and wellness products, cosmetics, and convenience items. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for: * Assisting pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, under direct supervision, in accordance with national and federal regulations * Using pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions * Modeling and providing a unique and delightful customer experience * Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with services and products * Resolving customer issues and answering inquiries to ensure a superior customer experience * Fostering strong relationships with most valuable customers * Performing duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, personnel Pharmacist, and store supervisor, including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug records, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy * Assisting pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow * Reporting prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhering to company rules and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the quality improvement program * Adhering to the arenaflex Co.
