Job Overview We are seeking an educated, self-motivated, and results-driven Inbound Sales Representative to join our remote team. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, and helping customers find and purchase their desired products. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $27/hour and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound sales calls (approximately 40 calls per day) and provide exceptional customer service to customers Utilize our scheduling system to manage your daily schedule, including break times, lunch times, team meetings, and training sessions Log in and prepare for your shift, ensuring that you are ready to provide a first-class customer purchasing experience Contact product suppliers to gather additional information that may not be available on the arenaflex website Follow the assigned Sales Cycle and call flow, including testing questions, accepting the sale, building rapport, and more Upsell or cross-sell products that may not be initially considered by the customer, enhancing their overall experience Meet and exceed sales targets, as measured by a set of operational metrics Participate in engagement activities, sales challenges, and other aspects of our company culture Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center/retail/virtual environment High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a virtual world, comfortable with technology, and maintain a high level of problem-solving skills Proven written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and use software applications required for the job Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment Familiarity with sales software and technology Experience working in a high-volume sales environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong technical skills, including proficiency in sales software and technology Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
