**Experienced Full Stack Real-Time Analyst – Work from Home Opportunity with arenaflex**

We're now seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sr. RTA (Real-Time Analyst) to join our US ERC Workforce Management team as a work-from-home opportunity. As a Sr. RTA at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business success by analyzing and interpreting real-time data to inform strategic decisions. You'll be responsible for monitoring service levels, managing operational KPIs, and site-level performances, ensuring that our global WFM POC is delivered effectively.
