The Opportunity as Recruiter We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Recruiter to join our team as we continue to scale and grow. As our first Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in building a world-class team that shares our passion for transforming men's health. You'll work closely with our CEO, Richie, and other Leads to source, engage, and hire top talent. Your primary responsibility will be to source candidates through various channels, including job platforms, role-specific communities, general startup communities, recruiting agencies, and outbound efforts. You'll then work with our Leads to ensure you fully understand the role requirements and can effectively filter initial applications, progressing only those candidates who are the most promising and best fit our company culture. Key Responsibilities Full Life-Cycle Recruitment: Source, engage, and hire top talent for various roles within the company. Advance the Talent Acquisition Function: Develop and implement strategies to improve the recruitment process, increase efficiency, and enhance the candidate experience. Collaborate with Leads: Work closely with our Leads to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on the recruitment process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Manage Multiple Priorities: Effectively manage multiple priorities, including recruitment volume, candidate relationships, and stakeholder communication. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of the latest recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition. Essential Qualifications Language: Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for multiple roles with varying company functions and seniority. Inquisitive: A strong ability to thoroughly understand each role and its requirements by continuously aligning with our team leads. Flexibility: Ability to manage recruitment volume throughout the annual cycle, swiftly ramping up for key searches or peak seasons. Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while moving seamlessly between multiple searches and client groups. Mindset: Ability to calmly handle uncertainty and rapidly changing situations. Preferred Qualifications Technical Proficiency: Ability to navigate applicant tracking systems with ease. Learning: An autodidact with impressive speed and resourcefulness, regularly teaching yourself the skills you need from scratch.
