Your responsibilities will encompass the meticulous processing of exchange buy and sell transactions, the identification and resolution of discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies, and the adept handling of corporate activity events. Key Responsibilities of the Remote Data Entry Specialist Position: Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles with utmost accuracy and timeliness, ensuring that all data entry tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Identify and address breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, utilizing your analytical skills to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity. Handle corporate activity events with precision, including the settlement and reconciliation of move activity and the processing of returns activity, to maintain the fluidity of our operations. Conduct in-depth research on complex or escalated issues, perform rigorous testing and validation of new technology improvements, and provide insightful modifications to enhance our processes and systems.
