As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for validating various BW objects, setting up and loading tables and objects, running primary data loads, and managing associated deltas loads. You will also be responsible for training clients on how to run legacy reports on the new RISE environment, demoing features and functionality of AFO, and supporting mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, and Go-Live. **Key Responsibilities** * Validate various BW objects (e.g., ADSO, Cube, Data sources, Info objects) * Set up and load tables and various objects * Run primary data loads from various sources and manage associated deltas loads * Train clients on how to run legacy reports on the new RISE environment * Demo features and functionality of AFO * Support mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, and Go-Live * Support the project after Go-Live **Essential Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience in SAP BW On HANA, with a strong focus on migration from BW legacy to BW on HANA * Proven experience in migrating legacy databases to SAP HANA * Experience evaluating the effort of implementing SAP HANA-based enterprise data warehousing and reviewing prerequisites before diving into the migration process * Experience supporting S/4HANA conversion using the Software Update Manager (SUM) tool (a plus) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams * Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, including data modeling, data governance, and data quality * Experience with SAP HANA, SAP BW, and SAP RISE (a plus) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with global teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments * Strong knowledge of data warehousing tools and technologies, including SAP HANA, SAP BW, and SAP RISE * Experience with data modeling, data governance, and data quality * Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts, including reporting, analytics, and data visualization * Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks (a plus) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams * Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, including data modeling, data governance, and data quality * Experience with SAP HANA, SAP BW, and SAP RISE (a plus) * Strong knowledge of data warehousing tools and technologies, including SAP HANA, SAP BW, and SAP RISE * Experience with data modeling, data governance, and data quality * Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts, including reporting, analytics, and data visualization * Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks (a plus) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At [Company Name], we are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
