About the Role We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Senior Data Analyst to join our IT team at United Airlines. As a key member of our Digital Innovation group, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and analysis. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty innovation groups, with a deep understanding of the business and its operations. Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth and efficiency. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive process improvements. Design and develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and business operations, to drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, with a strong background in data visualization and reporting. 3+ years of experience in online business stage development, with a focus on web, mobile, and loyalty applications. Proven ability to communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Experience with business intelligence tools, such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, and Tableau. High-level SQL skills, with the ability to design and implement complex data models and queries. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience with data visualization tools, such as D3.js, Tableau, or PowerBI. Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse Analytics. Experience with data warehousing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics. Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
