Job Summary As a Live Chat Customer Support Assistant at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat support. You'll respond to incoming messages from customers on our clients' websites, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. This is an entry-level position, and we welcome applicants with little to no prior experience. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities Respond to live chat messages from customers on our clients' websites, providing top-notch assistance and support. Handle various customer support queries, including questions about shipping rates, return policies, and inventory. Work independently, with minimal supervision, to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. Log in to our clients' websites at the start of your shift and respond to incoming messages from customers. Log out at the end of your shift and receive daily pay. Adhere to provided instructions and follow our company's policies and procedures. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: A device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions. Reliable internet connection. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong adherence to provided instructions. Availability for 10+ hours per week. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in customer support or a related field. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
