Key Responsibilities Respond to live chat messages from customers on our clients' websites, providing top-notch assistance and support. Handle various customer support queries, including questions about shipping rates, return policies, and inventory. Work independently, with minimal supervision, to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. Log in to our clients' websites at the start of your shift and respond to incoming messages from customers. Log out at the end of your shift and receive daily pay. Adhere to provided instructions and follow our company's policies and procedures. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: A device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions. Reliable internet connection. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong adherence to provided instructions. Availability for 10+ hours per week.
