Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees and addressing inquiries related to HR systems, benefits, and payroll. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional support by responding to employee inquiries related to HR systems, benefits, and payroll. Troubleshoot and resolve employee issues through telephone, email, or other communication channels. Provide HR procedures, policies, and guidelines to employees, ensuring clear understanding. Furnish detailed information on subjects like leave policies, time-off requests, and other HR-related questions. Manage and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience and supportive resolution. Process HR transactions accurately, including data entry, documentation, and maintenance of employee records. Collaborate with HR partners to address and resolve complex cases, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry guidelines to provide accurate information. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall customer service delivery. Accurately track the progress of cases to ensure timelines and targets are met. Assist HR partners in addressing common concerns and providing recommendations for process improvement. Analyze trends in employee inquiries and support HR initiatives to identify areas for training and development. Ensure a positive employee experience by proactively focusing on issues and providing timely support. Perform other duties as assigned. Occasional travel may be required up to 20% of the time. Work Experience, Education, and Skills Essential Qualifications: 3 years of experience in HR operations or a call center environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year or 4-year degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Demonstrated experience in HR or related customer service work. Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage confidential data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in HR (PHR, SHRM-CP).
