Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Service Specialist to join our team at Blithequark. As a Client Service Specialist, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch service to our passengers. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless travel experiences for our passengers. Handle customer transactions, including ticket sales, baggage handling, and other services. Operate a computerized retail location system, managing reservations, boarding, and baggage handling. Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and management via phone, in-person, and public address systems. Maintain accurate records and reports, including anomaly and complaint reports. Adhere to Blithequark's policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Requirements Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. No prior experience necessary; training will be provided. Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to fulfill job requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities. Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 70 pounds, climb, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Proficiency in a second language. Experience working in a team environment.
