Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and efficient manner, providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services. Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM system to track customer history and preferences. Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure high customer satisfaction, adhering to our quality and service standards. Continuously update knowledge about our products and services to effectively assist customers, staying up-to-date on new releases, features, and promotions. Requirements Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong written communication skills are essential for providing clear and concise responses to customer inquiries. Ability to type quickly and accurately is necessary for responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for working from home. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms are necessary for navigating our systems and providing support to customers. Customer service orientation and ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism are critical for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping is beneficial. Experience working in a remote or home-based environment is preferred.
