You will collaborate with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to streamline our improvement process, generate candidate answers, and weigh tradeoffs given the hassle context and improvement timetable. You will also be accountable for assisting, developing, and preserving blithequark's present set of engine-precise and custom gear that we use every day. **Key Responsibilities** * Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas in our improvement technique across disciplines * Preserve, extend, and aid present development gear * Build and guide custom asset pipelines * Grow blithequark's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures * Collaborate with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to streamline our improvement process * Generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs given the hassle context and improvement timetable, and implement the selected answer * Help the adoption of the solution by the team **Essential Qualifications** * A strong passion for empowering others to do their best work * Enjoy working with the overall device lifecycle: coming across issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness * Enjoy operating with custom standalone gear * Enjoy growing gear which can be utilized by many recreation development disciplines * Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and Net Tech * Ability to work efficaciously in a self-directed environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with custom game engines * Familiarity with Unreal or Unity * Strong understanding of game development principles and practices **Skills and Competencies** * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Strong understanding of game development principles and practices **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
