Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Master's Degree in Special Education: A Master's degree in Special Education or a related field is required, with a strong emphasis on instructional leadership and student-centered learning. Valid Teaching Certification/Licenses: A valid teaching certification or license for Maryland is required, with a focus on Special Education. Experience on a Remote Platform: While experience on a remote platform is preferred, it is not required.
