**Experienced Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist – Professional Services Procurement and Contract Negotiation**

As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders across the organization to make informed sourcing decisions, maximizing the value of our $1B+ annual professional services spend, and mitigating risks through strategic agreement negotiations. This includes running RFPs, negotiating business and department-level deals, managing vendor relationships, recommending high-quality providers and innovations, facilitating process improvements, and bringing stakeholders together for collaboration and opportunity leverage. **Responsibilities:** As a Senior Sourcing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be part of a team that's responsible for the strategic sourcing of Professional Services for The Walt Disney Company. Your key responsibilities will include: * Building relationships with key executives and advising on market engagement to identify top-tier vendor partners * Leading deal negotiations and assisting in optimizing cross-departmental vendor relationships * Working on a wide range of projects that will keep your role exciting, exposing you to various service-providing industries, including consulting and advisory, financial, tax, audit, data subscriptions, translations, temporary workers, managed services, etc. * Developing subject-matter expertise in the professional services category through research, networking, leading key initiatives, and building relationships with leaders in various disciplines * Growing and implementing strategic sourcing costs and contractual arrangements through competitive bids and agreement negotiations * Participating and leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders * Evaluating providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria * Developing and leading RFI/RFP processes for professional services according to TWDC policies and procedures * Analyzing bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value * Preparing and executing clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology * Preparing and executing contracts, as well as performing post-award administration * Understanding and assisting in the development and execution of performance control programs with providers that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost * Ensuring compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices * Communicating and documenting the reputation of any significant external relationships that may impact planning and decision-making * Analyzing market trends and situations that affect internal stakeholders and external providers or pricing * Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with contemporary business best practices * Demonstrating exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances * Showing expertise in all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements **Essential Qualifications:** * 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience with a minimum of 2 years of professional services sourcing * Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels * Strong strategic agility * Strong analytical skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Strong negotiation skills * Ability to collaborate in a team environment * Internal client awareness * Ability/choice to work in various environments * Ability to handle ambiguity * Knowledge of: + Sourcing & Procurement processes + Basic legal terms and conditions + Entertainment industry trends and situations + Proven expertise in all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements + Established experience working with the legal department on subjects regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services * Professional Services Sourcing background is a plus * Consulting/Advisory background is a plus **Required Education:** * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary range of $25 to $30 per hour * Opportunity to work with a dynamic team that provides exceptional innovative content to audiences across the world * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with contemporary business best practices * Flexible remote work arrangement * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off **How to Apply:** If you're a strategic sourcing professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team at arenaflex.
